Rudy, Vincere's Valentino

Moved to Minnesota

Rudy, Sammy and Apollo, lounging in the backyard in Minnesota together, just being friends.  Apollo was our mixed dog that Mary Ann found when he was a puppy, wondering out on the edge of Phoenix with a black lab.  He was such a cute puppy.  He is in puppy dog heaven chasing butterflies and playing with Mandy, Ginger and Rexie now. He was 14 years old when we let him go in peace.

Rudy is taking it all in on a nice summer day in Minnesota.
He loved to watch what was happening around the neighborhood.

Rudy resting in the living room.

This was in 1999 or 2000.  Rudy and Sammy look so nice sitting at attention!  Of course mom is baiting them while daddy is taking the picture.

This was in the fall of 2000 with daddy and Sammy on the deck after playing in the yard.

All in the backyard with daddy - June 2001 - Rudy was 10 1/2 years old

This is Rudy on Christmas Day, 2002. He was 12 years old on December 6th.  He is in the shadow of a crate so the lines on his face are the crate bars showing through the sunshine from the window.

Rudy went to the Rainbow Bridge on January 9th, 2003. There is no pain there and everything works much better now. No stairs, no problem walking or running. Have fun playing with Mandy, Ginger, Rexie, Apollo and Sammy, as well as your other friends you have met along the way in your long lifetime. We love you so very much sweetheart.  We will miss you but I know you are in good hands now and are a free spirit.

Until we meet again big boy.
Love, mommy, daddy, Sammy, Sunny and Shadow
