Welcome Bags
Calling all volunteers! Your help in stuffing the 650 welcome bags on Saturday, October 26th at 2:00 pm would be very much appreciated! If you will be around and can spare a couple of hours please let me know. We will meet at the Mangrove/Aralia room.
The last time I was the Welcome Bag Chairperson in 2018 there were 30+ people who volunteered from all over the US and other countries to stuff the bags. We did them all in 1 1/2 hours!

For those who will be shipping welcome bag donations boxes to the Kalahari Resort below is the information where to ship.
Please have your boxes arrive by Thursday, October 24th. The bags will be stuffed on Saturday, October 26th.

Welcome Bag Volunteer Schedule
Sonia is asking for volunteers to help hand out the Welcome Bags throughout the week of the National. The shifts are very short so if you can spare 2 or 3 hours at a time I'd appreciate you adding your name and email address to this shared schedule. The spreadsheet opens in full on a computer compared to a cell phone.
