We would all like to thank everyone who helped put on the 2006 Great Dane Club of America National Specialty Show. It was an exciting National to say the least. Lourdes Carvajal and her "crews" did an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly.

Thank you Jerry Lobato for providing us with a great theme and logo. The design of "The Wall" was a GREAT idea.

There have been so many great comments about the Midwest Division's work on this National, especially Char Knowlton's never ending drive to provide so much good food in the Hospitality Room. Everyone was delighted with her efforts. We'll never know where she gets all that energy to take such good care of us.

We would like to thank the Capitol Plaza and the Ramada Inn for working so well with us and trying very hard to meet everyone's needs.

The Expo Center made it easy for everyone with all the space we had and such great access to our dogs. If you needed to keep more than one at ringside in a crate, that was very helpful to many people.

Thanks again for a GREAT National!
