Thursday we have a
potluck type dinner for our exhibitors on the show grounds.
Friday we have a buffet
dinner and raffle in the evening after the shows. The location
this year will be at the Lake Elmo Inn Event Center at
3712 Layton Avenue North and Hwy 5 in Lake Elmo, MN.

Below is a
list of the dinner stations.
Station Buffets
Pasta Station - *Penne pasta tossed with chicken breast and an
assortment of vegetables, served with Marinara and an Alfredo
sauce, parmesan cheese, rolls and butter.
*Cheese tortellini tossed with mushrooms, peas, proscuitto,
garlic and served with Marinara and an Alfredo sauce, parmesan
cheese, rolls and butter
Carving Station - *Rounds of beef
Mashed Potato Bar - *Sweet and regular potatoes with choice of
toppings to add - honey butter, butter, sour cream cheese,
bacon, fried leeks and jalapeno peppers
Salad Bar - *mixture of market and greek salad items with
assorted dressings

exciting shows will also be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010
and Sunday, August 29, 2010 at the same location for the
St.
Croix Valley Kennel Club, Inc. as well as the the
Northstar Working Group Association
show on Monday,
August 30.
The Dane judge on Monday will be Devertis (Dee) Guerra, a Dane
breeder (Hydane) from Kansas City. Group judge will be Rita
Biddle. Every effort will be made to complete judging by 3:00
p.m.
