You can also download the 2 forms to fill out, that are needed to send her your blood samples  if you want the Thyroid tests done that she talked about during the seminar. It was a very good seminar!  She was very informative, and willing and able, to fully answer any questions that were given to her. She is very compassionate about her work and eager to help.  Her traveling seminars will be ending soon, so if you get a chance, it is highly suggested that you attend one of them. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much you will learn.
